The analytical brochure presents the experience of the Zaporizhzhia region in creating the Recovery Committee as a participation tool to plan the post-war recovery under conditions of uncertainty.
The report will be useful for designing the regional model of coordinating the authorities and public to create inter-sectoral cooperation mechanisms to work out the consolidated policy of post-war recovery as an element of social resilience and social cohesion.
The target audience is the regional coordinators of international, civil society organizations, local authority bodies of the executive branch, and local self-government bodies that are engaged in solving the issues of social cohesion and resilience policy, development of civil society, community security, and recovery.
